Conferences/Events Registration Terms

  • The following Terms apply to all conferences and events organized by OSHRM.
  • Submission of a registration is considered as affirmation of your acceptance of the Event Terms & Conditions.
  • Attendees will receive a confirmation via email after successfully completing the registration process.
  • Payment is required at confirmation, regardless of attendance.
  • To cancel registration, the attendee must send a notification (10) days before the date of the conference/event via email; (It is preferable to mention the email address)
  • In the event of a breach of the previously indicated period, the attendee will be required to pay the full registration charge, as confirmed in the email previously issued to the attendee for confirmation. (better to address this amount).
  • The invoice must be paid within (30) days from the day it was sent via email. Each month of delay will result in an extra fee of 2% of the basic price.
  • Confirmation of attendance is not required. Attendance will be confirmed once registration for the conference/event is completed.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email, if notification is provided within the specified period stipulated above.
  • The participating entity/individual may replace the names of the participants/attendees with others, provided that prior notification is given at least two days before the start of the conference/event.
  • The organizers reserve the right to change or modify the conference/event program without prior notification.
  • The organizers are not liable for the participants' tardiness/non-performance at the conference/event due to unforeseen circumstances.
