General Policy<br \/>All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once membership has been activated, unless otherwise stated in writing by the organization.<br \/>2. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments<br \/>Refunds may be issued in cases of:<br \/>Duplicate payments<br \/>Incorrect charges due to system or administrative errors<br \/>Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.<br \/>3. Membership Benefits Utilization<br \/>Once any membership benefit has been accessed (including digital platforms, discounts, member rates, or participation in member-only events), the membership shall be deemed active and no refund will be applicable.<br \/>4. Cancellation Requests<br \/>Membership cancellation does not entitle the member to any refund of paid fees.<br \/>5. Organization-Initiated Cancellations<br \/>If the organization cancels or withdraws a membership for administrative or compliance reasons, a prorated refund may be considered at management\u2019s discretion.<br \/>6. Refund Processing<br \/>Approved refunds will be processed within 14\u201321 business days using the original method of payment.<br \/>7.
